Our process:

  • 1. Find: We interview and test applicants before they are presented to you.

  • 2. Interview: Based on submitted resumes and introductory videos, you choose the applicants you want to interview. Then, you can screen them through the same process you do for your existing techs.

  • 3. Offer: Once you find a tech you would like to hire, we will extend a job offer to them.

  • 4. Onboard: Once the offer is accepted, we will do background checks and include them into our system (payroll, HR, etc.). We schedule a kickoff meeting with you and your team to review the job and help you build a 90-day success roadmap.

  • 5. Support: We don’t just hire and place the techs. We provide ongoing support for both the employee and you. Our success managers meet regularly with our team members and you to ensure the success of the relationship (think Account Managers at your MSP).
